Any order over $100 is FREE when standard shipping is selected. Shipping rates for orders under $100 will determined by shipping method selected and size of order. Orders will be shipped via UPS and will require an adult signature upon delivery.
How quickly can I expect my package after placing an order?
We understand that when you make an order, you want your Kayd Mayd as quickly as possible, and we will do our best to make that happen! You can expect a handling and packaging time between 1-2 business days. You can expect another 2-6 days for shipping depending on what location the package is being shipped. If your package is being shipped to Alaska or Hawaii, except more time will be needed.
What are your business days?
Business days are Monday-Friday. Holidays, Saturday’s and Sundays are not included in business days. If you place an order on Friday, expect the order to be process on Monday or Tuesday depending on what time the order was placed.
Do you offer international shipping?
No. At this time we do not offer international shipping or shipping to any U.S. territories.
